License to use the Ecologica brand 

License to use the Ecologica accreditation badge is exclusively dependent on 1. Qualifying through documentation and audit as determined by Ecologica and 2. Remaining in good standing by staying current with annual certification fees and complying with requalification processes.

Failure to qualify or requalify and/or a lapse in accreditation fee payment will result in the denial or revocation of license to the applicant.

Upgrades in accreditation 

An applicant who is awarded accreditation may apply for an upgrade in accreditation tier (Silver, Gold & Platinum) at any time without further expense. Simply provide documentation of your additional efforts, updates and conversions and we will reassess your accreditation to see if you now qualify for the higher tier.

Cancellation of Accreditation

An Ecologica accredited company may choose to cancel their accreditation at any time. The cancellation will apply to the next renewal date of their accreditation fee. Simply utilize the Contact Form in the menu.

Refund Policy

Ecologica does not offer refunds on application fees nor on accreditation fees after processing.
